Terms and Conditions for Fun Pay

Introduction

Welcome to Fun Pay ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fun Pay mobile application and website (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services, including any feature involving withdrawals to a bank account or UPI ID. You may hold only one account. You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep them up to date.

2. Account Registration

You may register using your email address (verified by OTP) or by signing in with Google or Facebook. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Nature of Games and Rewards

Fun Pay offers casual games, spin-based rewards, and a referral program for entertainment purposes. No purchase is necessary to participate. Wallet balances, spin outcomes, referral bonuses, and leaderboard rankings are governed by the rules displayed in the app at the time and may change. We may add, remove, or modify games, reward rates, and features at our discretion, with or without notice. A wallet balance is not legal tender and has no value until successfully withdrawn in accordance with these Terms.

4. Wallet, Withdrawals and Payments

• You may link a bank account or UPI ID to your profile in order to withdraw your wallet balance.
• You must ensure that any payment details you submit are accurate and belong to you.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to minimum amounts, processing times, and verification checks as shown in the app.
• We may delay, hold, or reject a withdrawal, and may freeze the associated wallet balance, where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, incorrect payment details, or a violation of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to amounts you earn or withdraw.

5. Referral Program

Referral bonuses are credited to your wallet when a user you referred completes registration and meets any additional conditions shown in the app. We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or recover referral bonuses obtained through fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or other fraudulent means.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating or using multiple accounts to abuse rewards, spins, or the referral program
• Using bots, scripts, emulators, or other automated or unfair means to play games
• Exploiting bugs or glitches instead of reporting them to us
• Posting offensive, abusive, unlawful, or harassing content in game chat or any other user-facing feature
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Services
• Providing false identity, contact, age, or payment information

7. User Content

Features such as game chat and leaderboard names let you submit content visible to other users. You are responsible for what you post and must not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes another person's rights. We may moderate, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

8. Intellectual Property

The Fun Pay name, logo, games, and related content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose and do not grant any other rights to our intellectual property.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, and withhold or forfeit any wallet balance obtained through fraud or abuse, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or suspicious activity, or misused the Services. You may stop using the Services, or request account deletion, at any time by contacting support.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not responsible for losses arising from your own negligence, including sharing your login credentials or OTP with others.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fun Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability in connection with the Services is limited to the disputed wallet balance in your account, where applicable.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fun Pay harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
